Hydrocarbon Specific Floating Booms These booms are used to contain hydrocarbon spills on water. They have a heavy duty clip and ring on both ends for quick attachment of several booms together to form a long continuous boom for open water use.
They are light and easy to use for rapid deployment on water in all conditions. Each 3m Floating Boom will absorb and hold over 60 litres of oil/fuel. They are flexible and can be used to form barriers around wharves, piers and beaches. Absorb White Floating Booms remain floating even when fully saturated with hydrocarbons and can remain in place for many months.
They are available in three sizes; 3m x 125mm, 3m x 200mm and 6m x 125mm.

• Primary containment of hydrocarbon liquid spills on water
• Filtration of hydrocarbons off flowing water courses
